This framework states the rules and standards that regulate the management of the Company to ensure compliance with best governance practices that protect shareholder rights and stakeholder rights.

The framework has been developed in accordance with the Corporate Governance Regulations issued by the Capital Market Authority, the Companies Law and its Implementing Regulations, and the Company's Bylaws.
